Clinical Reflexology & Ayurvedic Face reflexology

Nina Fairley is a Clinical Reflexology practitioner. She has 8 years of experience of supporting clients with both health and well-being, and is qualified to work safely with clients experiencing medical conditions.

Reflexology foot treatment involves manipulation of the reflexes on the feet, to help support balance and healing throughout the body. It is deeply relaxing and very beneficial in combating stress and other health conditions. This can also be applied to hands.
Ayurvedic face reflexology, combines face/scalp massage and the manipulation of pressure points, used in Ayurvedic tradition, to release blockages and bring balance to body and mind. Great for supporting a healthy glow from the inside out.

Nina is happy to offer a free consultation prior to treatment.

Therapeutic Sound

Sound is an incredibly powerful tool. Arranged into music it has the ability to lift and change your mood, and when used therapeutically it can also help to relieve you of the symptoms of stress. Simply through listening, sound waves will travel through your body calming your nervous system, and gently unravelling the tension in your body.

Just pull up a blanket, close your eyes and listen to the beautiful, restorative sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and chimes and feel profoundly peaceful. As you return again, and again, feeling more and more peaceful each time, the easier it becomes to approach life’s challenges from a place of ease and calm.

If you want to experience the benefits of deep meditation and you have felt moved by music at some time in your life, conscious listening may be the easy meditation you’ve been looking for!
